Welcome

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Academic Division of Central Michigan University. Working closely with the President, it is my responsibility to provide academic vision and leadership that ensures each student is offered an excellent educational experience. I am very pleased to be in this role at Central Michigan University and will keep the Academic Division moving forward with all its initiatives.

The deans, administrators, faculty, and staff within the Academic Division are committed to providing CMU students with a top-quality education. Their collaborative efforts create a synergy that offers a creative, innovative, and holistic approach to the educational needs and experiences of all students. In addition to their studies, students are encouraged to participate in internships, senior capstones, undergraduate and graduate research projects, study abroad, student organizations, and civic engagement activities to enhance their learning and better prepare them for their future professions.
